A star which brought sunshine and happiness in the lives of everyone around him, a person who lived a short life but a fulfilled life, a person who smiled in all circumstances, a person who loved challenges in his professional life and came out with flying colours in all fields, Ravi Bhatnagar shines bright in our hearts and in our thoughts. Ravi Bhatnagar was a scholar in school, an alumni of Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi, went on to complete BE in Electronics and Communication from Jaipur Engineering College, Jaipur. For almost a decade, he worked for TCS and was posted across the globe holding important portfolios. He took a sabbatical in 2014 to join MBA program with SP Jain Global MBA college attending lecturers in Singapore, Sydney Australia and Dubai and passed with flying colours. He had offers from various foreign companies but accepted the campus recruitment from Larsen & Tubro Infotech because he wanted to serve his country and stay close to his parents, grand-parents and extended family. Ravi Bhatnagar excelled in public speaking skills, was a good swimmer, and played chess and table tennis. He was a trained theatre artist under the stalwarts like Barry John, Roshan Abbas and Victor Bannerji and performed on various platforms like Kamani Auditorium in New Delhi including his school and college stages. Ravi loved quizzing and represented his college in various quiz competitions. He was a natural singer and a good dancer who learnt playing guitar in last few years of his life. He was a remarkable person who brought joy and inspiration to those around him. It's clear that he made a positive impact on the world during his time here, and his legacy will continue to live on in the memories of those who knew him. Abhyeti Foundation is a small endeavour to perpetuate ‘the zest in life’ approach of Ravi Bhatnagar. His legacy will continue to inspire the Foundation to help others live life to the fullest and face challenges with determination and a smile.
